Doug Hawkins is a celebrated AFL legend, former Footscray (Western Bulldogs) captain, and media personality. Known as "The Hawk," he shares entertaining stories from his 350-game career, his upbringing in Melbourne's western suburbs, and his involvement in mental health initiatives like Sons of the West. A program that focuses on men's health, resilience, and community.
