Last year was the 25th annual Lake Hume Cycle Challenge (LHCC) was a remarkable celebration of community spirit and dedication to cancer care. Attracting riders from across the globe, including participants from Melbourne and even France, the event enjoyed picture-perfect weather and scenic routes, providing an ideal backdrop for cyclists of all levels to support local cancer services.

This milestone year saw an incredible $35,000 raised for the Sunshine Trust, bringing the event’s total fundraising to over $200,000 since its inception.
Each pedal stroke helped move the community closer to its goal of delivering world-class cancer care close to home.

The Lake Hume Cycle Challenge proves that no matter the distance, the power of community and shared purpose continues to drive meaningful impact for cancer patients across the Border region.
